Lifeblood Power Works Better
Greening Buildings one Building at a Time

eFootPrint's combines distributed generation Green Fuel Cells with CleanTech Wind and Solar to substantially reduce or eliminate electrical costs creating sustainable isolated power sources in two markets: the Hybrid Nanogrid system for isolated buildings and telecom; Hybrid Microgrid system for mission-critical buildings and data centers. We explore every aspect of power to become "grid-neutral".

Distributed Generation

Residential, Business, School or Hotel.

Fuel Cell (Green).
About the size of a refrigerator, the fuel cell hooks up to your natural gas supply and through its fuel processor, draws the hydrogen molecules out. Then, through an electrochemical process that combines the hydrogen molecules that produces electricity, heat and 35-40% less carbon emissions. Moreover, as heat is produced as a byproduct of the electrochemical reaction, the unit also produces enough excess heat to warm about 750 gallons of water to 150o enough to heat your pool, domestic hot water supply or central or radiant floor space heating. When used for combined heat and power (CHP) the fuel cell operates at 90% efficiency and can cut your overall energy costs by as much as 50%. A single unit generates up to 5kW of electricity for use throughout your entire home or business replacing your baseline electric cost which is an immediate grid cost reduction to Tier 1-2 rates 4-6cents.

Small Wind (CleanTech). Small (or “residential”) wind energy systems typically generate just enough power to meet the demands of a home, farm or small business. They range from 400 watts to 500 kilowatts or more and typically consist of a single turbine (vertical or horizontal).

Solar (CleanTech). Harness the power of the sun with highly concentrated photovoltaic (H-CPV) advanced tracking to maximize the absorption of the sun’s energy.

LifeBlood Power ServerTM (CleanTech). Coming soon a self-sustaining pure hydrogen hybrid cogeneration energy combining renewable energy and fuel cells in a single product. This will supply an endless opportunity of applications.

Data Center

Provides resilient power source with 100% uptime with no single-point-of-failure (SPOF). Fuel Cell is prime power source, grid is the back-up and batteries backup both. Quadruple redunancy three independent power sources and the grid.

Depending upon the Data Center power type, DC power can be piped directly into the center or go through an inverter to convert to AC.

Alternate energy sources could also play a role to provide additional power to meet the Data Center continuous demand.

Large Building

It takes enormous distributed generation power to run a large corporation, warehouse, refrigeration storage, manufacturing plant - a microgrid power plant.

Your energy team needs to develop a 3-5 year energy plan with a supply/risk strategy.

This will help the team maintain a best-in-class energy solution. Deployment of a Energy Management System (EMS) allowing the Measuring, Monitoring and Managing of the building(s) energy consumption. Internet connectivity/tools allow the review of utility bills and energy usage compared the businesses energy goals.

Large sites also create action plans to deploy better building infrastructure like HVAC and lighting. Energy Star products that are Energy Efficient (EE) such as those listed on our Green Products portal.

Energy Awareness (EA) at the employee level by adjusting work hours, educating and posted signs within the building remind the consumers about energy savings and taking the steps to reduce the usage.
